'Verdad' is a milestone release for TRnTH, arriving on June 12 in honor of his late aunt Aneshia, whose birthday serves as the inspiration behind the album’s launch date.
As TRnTH’s first full reggaeton-inspired project, 'Verdad' explores themes of; partying, love & lust, resilience, culture, and personal growth through eight records that blend modern Latin rhythms with his signature songwriting and production style. The project features collaborations with Arlynn Adriana, Divine La Bestia, Michelle Monique, and Thony Stev.
Production was executively organized by TRnTH with music by TRnTH, JOGUTHEARCHITECT, and ZaniWhereTheBarsAt, creating a sound that blends modern reggaeton with hip-hop elements.
The album also experiments with emerging technology in a unique way. While some records began with AI-generated musical elements, the final songs were extensively reworked, rearranged, rewritten, and rebuilt into entirely new compositions. Rather than relying on AI-generated songs as finished products, TRnTH used select sounds and ideas as creative building blocks, transforming them through original songwriting, production, arrangement, and artistic direction to create something distinctly his own.
Adding to the significance of the release, TRnTH will debut the album’s second track, 'Paro,' live in New York City during the National Puerto Rican Day Parade, in front of an expected audience of approximately 4.3 million spectators. The performance places the project on one of the world’s largest cultural stages, with reggaeton icon Daddy Yankee serving as Grand Marshal several floats ahead in the parade procession.
'Verdad' marks a new chapter for TRnTH which is rooted in family, culture and artistic evolution. Following the album release and New York debut, a series of official music videos will continue for songs such as; Paro, Body Language and likely more.
